How callers can leave you private messages
This unit has two mailbox memories Your caller can leave a private message in a specific
mailbox Only the person who knows the password can retrieve a message from a mailbox This
feature is useful when you share this unit with other people
To use a mailbox
1 Record your own TAD/FAX greeting message (p 55)
Suggested message: ‘This is (your name) We are unable to answer right now To send a
fax, start transmission To leave a message, speak after the beep To leave a private
message, press and the desired mailbox number 1 or 2 Thank you ”
