Tape Operation
Repeat Play
Set to see a recording over and over.
To turn “ON.”
In play mode, press
PLAY/REPEAT
repeatedly to select
‘'REPEAT ON.”
To turn “OFF.”
Repeat above to select
“REPEAT OFF.”
Playback repeats when tape end
is reached or unrecorded portion
over 30 seconds is detected.
Zero Search
To quickly return to a specitic tape counter location.

Press DISPLAY during
playback.

Press COUNTER
RESET at the
desired position.
3 Continue playback, rewind, or fast forward.
4 Return to “0:00:00.”
Press ZERO/1
MIN in Stop mode.
•The unit will go into
FF or REW mode and
stop at the last point
the Counter was set
to 0:00:00.
Auto Operation Functions
Auto Shut Off
No broadcast signal in TV or Playback mode for 5 minutes -* Power
turns off automatically
• This feature is deactivated if any button is pressed during the
above mode.
Auto Playback
Insert a tape in Power off mode -♦ Power turns on automatically
• Playback begins automatically if a tape has no record tab.
Auto Rewind
A tape reaches its end Rewind begins Stop automatically
Playback Auto Eject (Repeat Play is “OFF”)
A tape has no record tab reaches its end -* Rewind begins -*
Ejects automatically
Memory Rewind off
Press POWER in REW mode Rewind is completed -*
Power turns off automatically
Your unit is equipped with several time

One Minute Skip
The unit fast forwards over 60 seconds
of recorded tape.
Skip over 1 minute.
Press ZERO/1 MIN in
