2 Wipe the glass and the white plate with a dry soft
cloth.

Clean the document rollers, pinch rollers, and
rubber with a cloth moistened with isopropyl rubbing
alcohol, then dry thoroughly to prevent paper from
jamming.
NOTES:
- To prevent malfunction due to static electricity, do
not use a dry cloth.
- Do not push the metal plates to avoid bending.
4 Close the upper cover carefully by pushing down the
center of the cover until the cover locks into position.
