• With „CHECK IN“ you are being reminded to pull the plug out
of the transmitter unit. Doing so will activate it and the data
transfer to the receiver will commence.
• The receipt of the measuring data will be indicated by the yel-
low LED on the receiver (yellow indication will change the
switch position at intervals, depending on configuration).
• Setting of speed and milling time, container with transmitter
unit fit into the container mounting.
• Start of measuring: As soon as the CHECK IN has occurred,
the data transfer will commence. By use of the button Start
Measuring (arrow) the recording will be deleted and com-
mence newly.
• Start the mill
Pay attention to the operating manual of the mill!
Check temperature of the transmitter unit. Do not excee tempera-
tures of more than 70°C. If necessary, stop to let it cool off.
If the temperature of the transmitter unit is to high the GTM program
reports "
temperature on broadcast-unit exceeded ".
Tip:
With swift energy-releases in the grinding-bowl, one reaches a limited
refrigeration of the bowl and the transmitter, which are cooled by air of
the rotating mill.
• Supervise reception of the measure data on the Receiver or
the PC. Due to ball-hit-movements, the measurement can
fluctuate in limited intervals and consequently short-term
cause more intensive transmission of the measuring values.
