13.5 Server not Responding

Attempt to log into server to ensure it is not responding.

Verify the server has power.

If no power, toggle the power switch

If power comes back on, proceed to step 8 If there is still no power,
proceed to step 5

Verify with the customer that UPS battery backup system has power.

If the UPS battery backup system does not have power, press the reset
button.

If power comes back on, proceed to step 8 If there is still no power,
contact Inovonics technical services at 800.782.2709, option 2.

Verify that the fan is running on the server

If the the fan is running, turn the server off for 30 seconds.

If server is still unavailable, contact Inovonics technical services at
800.782.2709, option 2.

13.6 Email Errors

Click “Install Setup.”

Click “System Setup.”

Click “System Parameters.”

Ensure that the correct email settings are listed.
