Word Wrapping TCfWLib.DLL / TCfWLibU.DLL

On Windows XP and Windows 2003 the multi-line edit control's default word-wrap function
works sometimes wrong. For this reason TCfW replaces the multi-line edit control's default
word-wrap function with a word-wrap function in the dynamic-link library TCfWLib. (Note: The
multi-line edit control is used in message windows in TCfW).

A Unicode and a Multi-byte version of TCfWLib is available. TCfW loads either the Multi-byte
version or the Unicode version of TCfWLib, depending on the operating system.

On Windows XP and Windows 2003 the Unicode version of TCfWLib.DLL (TCfWLibU.DLL) is
used.
