Configuration Files
The following table specifies the configuration files used by each INDICIUS module,
whether they are mandatory for free-form extraction and which tools are used to
generate them.

Recognition Definition File (.idf) – mandatory
Specifies the options for the full-page read,
which provides the raw data used by the
free-form technology.

Script File (.ifv) – mandatory
Used to perform free-form searches on the
recognized text. Also used to transform the
data prior to output from Recognition.

Completion Template File (.kfi) – mandatory
Specifies the fields to be keyed and the
behavior of the interface. Also specifies the
validation to be used for each field.
