This section briefly describes functions of each key for your quick reference purposes. See the

reference pages in Section 9 : REGISTERING OPERATIONS for detail operation sequences.

Numeric keys

. Used to enter numeric values.

Depressing the [00] key once is the same as depressing

the [0] key twice consecutively. Depressing the [000] key
once is the same as depressing the [0] key three times
consecutively. [. ] key is used to designate the decimal

point of a percentage rate or a quantity.

RF

Receipt Feed Key.

Used to advance the receipt roll and

operated by holding it down until the paper has advanced to
the required position.

JF

Journal Feed Key.

Used to advance the journal roll in the

same fashion as the

[RF]

key is used to receipt roll.

RECEIPT

ISSUE

Receipt Post-issue key.

Used to issue the receipt of a

sale when the sale has already finalized with the

[RECEIPT

ON/OFF]

Switch positioned to OFF.

classifying merchandise by department.

PLU

PLU (Price-Look-Up) key.

Used to enter a PLU that is

linked to a department.

item.

No-saie key.

Used to open the cash drawer without

relating to a sale.

Used to print a non-add
