Reduce the data resolution or change the fi le format to reduce the data size.

When a fax is sent from a computer or when the destination is imported from the address book, the recipient's fax
number exceeds 40 digits.

Action

Register the recipient's fax number again.

Check the settings, and then repeat the operation.

Print the data again from the printer driver for the machine.

Printing cannot be performed because print data is broken.

Repeat the operation.

A process problem in the printer has occurred, and the machine does not operate properly

Action

Turn OFF the main power switch, wait for more than 10 seconds, and then turn it ON again.
If the problem is not solved, turn OFF the main power switch, disconnect the power cord, and contact your local
authorized Canon dealer or the Canon help line.
