#60 ~ #80 light weight threads as
bobbin thread.
NOTE; It is advisable to use a blue
stretch fabric needle when
sewing knits and synthetic
fabrics.

Raise the needle to its highest position.

Pull bobbin thread out about 3" straight back toward rear of machine,

insert hook of base plate into rectangular hole of needle plate.
f.
Pull lever back to align the hook with the rectangular hole.
g.
Snap base plate down to fit two pins (A) at the back of base plate into
two round holes (B) on needle plate.
Release lever.
