Set Parameters of Serial Port 1,2,3,4 (COM A,B,C,D). Options:
Enabled/Disabled. A sample screen is shown below.

Port 1,2,3,4:
X Serial Port 1 Configuration (Front Panel): IO=3F8h; IRQ=4;
X Serial Port 2 Configuration (RTM): IO=2F8h; IRQ=3;
X Serial Port 3 Configuration (RTM): IO=3E8h; IRQ=5;
