Problem
Possible Cause - Solution
The DVD regional
codes can no longer be
changed.
The code has been changed the maximum 5 times. See
“Changing DVD Regional Codes” on
page 14
.
The TouchPad doesn’t
work.
The TouchPad has been disabled. Press the TouchPad toggle (Fn + F1) key combination (make
sure you have installed the TouchPad driver).
The Wireless LAN/Blue-
tooth/PC Camera mod-
ules cannot be detected.
The modules are off. Check the appropriate LED indicator
to see if the modules are
on or off (see
). If the LED indicator is off, then press the appropri-
ate AP-Key button/function key combination in order to enable the module (see pages
and
12
).
The Wireless LAN/Blue-
tooth/PC Camera mod-
ules cannot be
configured.
The driver(s) for the module(s) have not been installed. Make sure you have installed the driver
for the appropriate module (see the instructions in
“WinXP Driver Installation Procedure” on
for the appropriate module).
The PC Camera software
displays a black screen
when the EMAMCAP
software is run.
The software is using the incorrect device. If you have both the optional PC Camera and TV
Tuner modules present, go to the Devices menu in the EMAMCAP program and select the
USB2.0 1.3M PC CAM device (see page
