IPX Static Route

The parameters are described below:

Network – This is the IPX network number.

Next Node Address – This is the next node address of the device that the router will attempt to reach.

Hops – This counts how many routers were passed through before the packet’s final destination on a network

was reached. The number of hops is part of each network entry in a RIP packet.

Ticks – This is the time delay to reach a network. The number of ticks is part of each network entry in a RIP

packet. There are about 18 ticks in a second.

Interface – Select the desired interface containing the gateway that the packets will be forwarded through.

State – This enables or disables a particular entry.
