3.10.5 Reverse Polarity
• The SLH-series DC electronic load conducts reverse current when the polarity of the DC
source connection is incorrect. The maximum reverse current is the same as the
maximum forward current.
CAUTION: : If the reverse current exceeds the current rating, it may cause damage to
the SLH-Series DC electronic Load.
• When in the reverse condition, the reverse current is displayed on the 5-character
Current Meter on the front panel, and the 5-character DAM indicates negative current
reading, whenever the reverse current is displayed on the current meter, turn OFF power
to the DC source and make the correct connections.
