The MCED‐100 front panel (Figure 1‐4) features seven Light‐Emitting Diode (LED) indicators. The
LEDs indicate, in a summary fashion, the following information:
LED Condition
UNIT STATUS
Green No Unit Faults or Alarms.
Amber No Unit Faults, but an Alarm exists.
Red A Unit Fault exists.
STORED EVENT
Off There are no Stored Events.
Amber There is a Stored Event in the log, which can be viewed from the Web Server Interface
ONLINE Green
LED is always ON when the unit is powered on. Additional functionality is planned for future product
releases.
TEST MODE
Off No Test Mode is currently selected.
Red A Test Mode is selected
CARRIER DETECT
Off No modem carrier energy has been detected.
Green A modem carrier has been found and analyzed.
Amber A modem carrier has been found and is being analyzed.
Red Energy has been detected, but no carrier.
CARRIER ID
Off No MetaCarrier is being generated.
Green MetaCarrier is being generated.
GPS ACTIVE
Off GPS No Telemetry Fault is masked.
Green GPS data is being retrieved from an internal or external GPS device.
Red No GPS data is being retrieved from an internal or external GPS device.
