The CMR-8500 stores two version of firmware, of which only one version can be running at any time.
The Firmware tab on the CMR-8500 lists what version is loaded into each of the two slots, as well as
which version is currently loaded and running.
The configurable parameters for the Firmware Tab are:
• Boot From: The user can select which slot (subsequently which firmware version) for the CMR-8500
to boot from on the next restart of the system. The available options are Slot 1, Slot 2, or Newest.
