To activate automatic heating
(Fig. 13)

1. Turn the knob to the non-permanent “A”

position for 1 second.

2. A short beep will confirm that the function

is activated.

3. Turn the knob to a position between 1 and

9, such as level 3, to continue cooking.
The display will alternate between “A” and
“3” during “automatic heating”.

During automatic heating can increase
the power by turning the knob towards the
maximum, for example by turning it to level
4. At this point the display will alternate
between “A” and “4” with the recalculation of
the time remaining until the end of operation
at the maximum level. If you decrease the
power during automatic heating by turning
the knob towards the minimum, the function
is disabled and the “A” disappears.
Example: Turn the knob to “A”, wait for the
beep and then turn to a setting, such as
level 3. With these settings, the surface will
heat for 4.8 min. at level 9, the display will
alternate between “A” and
“3” and then return to level 3 to continue
cooking.

Precautions

- If there is even the tiniest crack in the

ceramic glass surface, immediately
disconnect the hob from the electricity
supply.

- During operation, move any magnetic

materials such as credit cards, computer
disks, calculators, etc., away from the
area.

- Never use cooking foil or rest products

wrapped in foil directly on the hob.

- Metallic objects such as knives, forks,

spoons and lids must not be rested on the
surface of the hob to prevent them from
heating up.

- When cooking with non-stick containers,

without using water or oil, limit any
preheating time to one or two minutes.

- When cooking foods which tend to stick

to the bottom of the pan, start at minimum
power and gradually increase the heat,
stirring frequently.

- After use, switch off correctly (decreasing

to “0”) and avoid relying on the pan
sensor.
