NOTE
When setting the baud rates, the user will need to consider the input rates
of the input channels compared to the output channel, and the
transmission rate of the of their data link from the SAM or CRM, that
they are compatible with each other and are able to sustain the rate of
transmission required.
13) When the user is satisfied that the selected baud rates are correct, click on the
System ID tab and change the Sam identification, if required, by clicking in the
relevant box, deleting and writing in a new ID. The System Identifier is
restricted to six alpha-numeric digits and the Serial Number is restricted to four
alpha-numeric digits.
14) Click on the Download button. The Configuration Setup window will
disappear as the SAM reboots and the new SAM ID will appear in the main
Start-up Window.
