Place halves of trim cap over wire and
insert into top foil.
Tip: With foil groove up, have
rectangular pieces on the upper half.
Install self-tapping trim cap screws.
Assembly
Assemble Trim Cap
Fold halves of plastic isolator over wire.
Note: Use H-41009 Isolators for use
with 7/16", 11 mm or 12 mm wire. Nine
H-41009 isolators are shipped with
3/4"(19mm) Harken Toggles. Look
for “12” molded on the outer side.
Rectangular pieces
Slide foils on stay starting from bottom or top. In most
cases marine eye will fit through foil.
Swage stud fitting or wire end must pass through foil.
Use Norseman-/Sta-Lok-type terminal with wire end.
