1.2 Description
The MBATX-845GV-VEAH series combines the high performance and
exceptional value of the Intel
®
845GV chipset with a full-featured industrial
board. The Intel
®
advanced 845GV chipset supports regular socket 478-pins
Intel ® Pentium ® 4 / Celeron ® processors (1.3GHz up to 3.06GHz). User can
set the jumper to select the mobile CPU since the memory base on the FSB
400/533MHz operation supports DDR SDRAM interface. Additionally, the
845GV chipset integrates the VGA function and external graphics device on
AGP (845GV support ADD card only). The memory size of
MBATX-845GV-VEAH can be up to 2GB DDR including the onboard Intel
®
82562ET Ethernet controller (support 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet), Audio and
with 4 COM ports. You many also add one slim floppy connector for special
applications.
The 82801DB I/O Controller Hub (ICH4) employs the Intel ® Accelerated
Hub Architecture to make a direct connection from the graphics and memory
to the integrated Ethernet controller, the IDE controllers (ATA/33 or ATA/66
or ATA/100), six USB ports that are supported USB 1.1/2.0 standard meets
the performance, stability and reliability requirements.
The industrial board - MBATX-845GV-VEAH is suitable for all industry
applications and supports Windows ® 98/SE/ME/2000 and Windows ® XP
operation systems.
