• Finishing / polishing
Remove excess and finish the surface using suitable grinding
instruments. Use fine-grit diamonds or fine burs. Work with
suitable speed and little pressure. Smooth out the surface
with rubber polishers and silicone polishing wheels.
Intermediate polishing is performed with goat hair brushes
in conjunction with the Universal Polishing Paste and/or fine
pumice. Polish the restoration to a high gloss using cotton or
leather buffing wheels as well as the Universal Polishing
Paste.
Note
The surfaces of polished Telio Add-On Flow temporaries that
need to be supplemented with additional Telio Add-On Flow
must be roughened by blasting with Al
2
O
3
prior to applying
fresh material.
Warning
– Avoid contact of uncured Telio Add-On Flow with the skin /
mucous membrane and eyes. Uncured Telio Add-On Flow
may cause slight irritation and may lead to a sensitization
against methacrylates.
– Commercial medical gloves do not provide protection
against the sensitizing effect of methacrylates.
Storage
– Storage temperature 2-28 °C (36-82 °F).
– Shelf life: see expiry date on label/packaging.
– Do not use Telio Add-On Flow after the indicated expiry date.
– Syringes should be closed immediately after use. Exposure to
light causes premature polymerization.
