iPod OPERATION

The iPod works in the following hierarchical logic.

During stop, press the MENU button on the

remote controller.

Use

the

4, ¢ buttons to display “iPod

Setup=>” and press ENTER button on the
remote controller.

Use

the

4, ¢ buttons to display

Database=>” and press ENTER button on
the remote controller.

To select albums by album name, use the

4, ¢ buttons to display “1 Album
and press ENTER button on the remote
controller.

To select albums by artist name, or if you

would like to play all tracks for a selected
artist, use the

4, ¢ buttons to display

2 Artist” and press ENTER button on the
remote controller.

To select artists by genre, use the

4, ¢

buttons to display “3 Genre” and press
ENTER button on the remote controller.

To play tracks in a playlist, display “4

Playlist”, using the

4 or ¢ button, then

press the ENTER button on the remote
controller.

To play tracks without using the database,

use the

4, ¢ buttons to display “5

Track” and press ENTER button on the
remote controller.

Press

the

MENU button on the remote

controller to complete the setting.

Note

Please refer to your iPod for information on how to
use with each database.

When the iPod database is set to “Artist”

1.

Press

the

+, button and search for your

desired artist.

Press

the

CANCEL button on the remote

controller and the currently selected artist
will be cancelled.

2.

When your desired artist is displayed, press

ENTER button on the remote controller and
either “All Album”, album name, or track
title
will be displayed.

(Selecting from All Album)

3.

When selecting from “All Album”, press

ENTER button on the remote controller and
the title of the fi rst track by the artist will be
displayed.

4.

Use

the

4 or ¢ button to select your

desired fi le. Press the

3 button to register

the selection and play.

(Selecting from Album)

When selecting from “Album”, press the

+, button on the remote controller and
the names of albums by the artist will be
displayed.

4.

When your desired album is displayed,

press ENTER button on the remote
controller and the title of the fi rst track from
the album will be displayed.

5.

Use

the

4 or ¢ button to select your

desired fi le. Press the

3 button to register

the selection and play.

Tip

You can also use the remote controllerʼs numeric
keys 0-9 to select albums or fi les.
Please refer to your iPod for information on how to
use with each database.

When the iPod database is set to “Genre”

1.

Press

the

+, button on the remote

controller to display your desired genre.

Press

the

CANCEL button on the remote

controller and the currently selected
database will be cancelled. When the
selected database is canceled, all currently
selected tracks will be displayed.
