• For the DVD, TV/DBS and V.AUX functions, when the 2-channel mode is set to the auto stereo mode, 2-channel sources are played in 2-channel
stereo.

If the mode is set to anything other than AUTO DECODE,
the AUTO DECODE mode can be set using the AUTO
DECODE/2CH MODE button on the main unit.

Play a 2-channel source.
• The AUTO ST indicator lights.
AUTO ST Lit
The mode can be changed to the Dolby Pro Logic II mode
during playback by changing the 2-channel mode (surround
parameter) or by pressing the AUTO DECODE/2CH MODE
button.
NOTE:
• DTS 2-channel sources are played in two channels in the DTS
mode, not in the auto stereo mode.
