Changing the display

When a disc is playing or paused, press the DISPLAY button to change
what is shown on the display in the order shown below.

Example:

Number of track

currently playing

Elapsed time of track

currently playing

Remaining time of

track currently playing

Elapsed time of disc

Remaining time of disc

When stopped, the total number of tracks and the total playback
time of the disc are shown.

Example:

Total number

of tracks

Total playback

time of disc

This unit can be used as a D/A converter.

When stopped, press the MODE button to show the current source
name. Press the MODE button again to switch between the following
sources. Select one of the external digital inputs (COAX in, OPT in, USB
in).
To do this using the remote control, press an INPUT button when
stopped.

COAX in

with a computer)

When an external input (COAX in, OPT in, USB in) is selected, the
name and sampling frequency of the selected input appears on
the display. If there is no input signal or the input signal is not
locked, the input sampling frequency is not shown and the input
name flashes.

If the input signal is not a digital audio signal or is an audio signal
format that is not supported by this unit, including Dolby Digital,
dts and AAC, for example, “–––” appears in place of the sampling
frequency. Set the digital output of the connected equipment to
PCM audio output.

When an external input (COAX in, OPT in, USB in) is selected, disc
controls other than the OPEN/CLOSE button cannot be used.
