AIS
Indicates that an unframed all ones pattern is being received.
YELLOW/REMOTE
Indicates that a remote (yellow) alarm indication is being received.
DTE
Alarms
The DTE alarms are reported as the slot, DSU, port, and type. DTR-type alarms
are port specific and ASC-type alarms are DSU specific.
