Installing an air filter (optional)
Air filters are optional for the S10500 switches. If you have ordered air filters, install the air filters before
mounting the switch in the rack.
•
S10508-V—Install the air filter over the air inlet vents at the lower part of the switch. For the
installation procedures, see S10508-V Air Filter User Manual.
•
Other models—Install the air filter on the left side of the chassis.
