Installing power modules on the external PoE power frame
1.
Wear an ESD wrist strap and make sure it has good skin contact and is reliably grounded. For
more information, see "
."
2.
Loosen the screws on the front cover of the external power frame and then remove the front cover.

Pull the retaining latch at the bottom left corner of the power module to the left to open the power
module cover.
4.
Insert the power module slowly into the slot until it fits in completely.
5.
Close the power module cover and close the retaining latch.
6.
Push in the power module cover to ensure secure installation of the power module.
