Content Type
Type a label for the event such as commercial, for example. Normally
this is set in the asset metadata or imported from BXF.
Note: If the field is empty when the asset is updated, then the event is
updated with the Content Type from the asset. Once the Content
Type is set for the event, changes to the asset’s Content Type will not
cause an update to the event’s Content Type even when Hold Points
is disabled (grey).
Advertiser(s)
Displays the Advertiser property, if existing, for the event in a
schedule imported from BXF.
Product Name(s)
Displays the ProductName property, if existing, for the event in a
schedule imported from BXF.
Custom Data
Displays the CustomData property, if existing, for the event in a
schedule imported from BXF.
Standby Content
Define the backup media file in case the file defined in the Asset
Location fails. The standby content will replace the scheduled asset
on air if the scheduled media file is not present or is not fully cached
unless it is in the AS-03 file format. Media files in the AS-03 file format
can play out while caching.
If the standby content is played out, the name of the standby content
appears in the Name column in the channel grid, but the title of the
original event remains. In the
As Run History grid, the name of the
scheduled asset appears, but the Title column contains a notation
that the scheduled content was switched to the standby content
and lists the name of the file. For more information on the As Run
History grid, see
