To review logs:
1 In the top menu, click Logging.
2 In the left pane, click TX Error Logs.
3 Open the log using one of the following options:
• To view the log for the current date, click Get Current Log.
• To view the log for a specific date, click the date field to open the calendar, click the
date that you want to view, and then click Get Selected Log.
Exporting a log
The System, User, and TX Error logs can be exported to the following formats: CSV, JSON,
and XML.
To export a log:
1 In the top menu, click Logging.
2 In the left pane, click the tab of the type of logging you want to export.
3 Select the log that you want to export:
• Click the date in the date field.
• If you are exporting a System Log, click the hour in the time field.
• Click Export Selected.
4 In the Select File Extension dialog box, click the format to which you want the data
exported.
5 Click Export.
6 When the data has been exported to the desired format, the Export Complete dialog
box opens. Click Yes to download the file.
