Configuring Your Audio and Email Notifications

The service includes a variety of audio and email notifications that you can choose to

sent to your specified email address.

To configure notifications:

1 In the top menu, click Home.

2 Click User Preferences. The User Preferences window opens.

3 In the Full Name box, type your name.

4 In the Business Contact Number box, type the phone number where you prefer to be

reached.

5 In the Alternate Email box, type an email address to which you want the email

notifications sent.

6 In the Audio section, select the sound notifications that you want to receive:

Voice Counts: select the check box to have a voice countdown to the next event on

air. This countdown is played in sync with the Count To timer shown in the Now
Next display when you have the Channel Control page open.

Notifications: select the check box to play a sound when you have the Channel

Control page open to a live channel and the associated device has raised alerts.
