Place the insect screen door on your door frame. If necessary, obtain the assistance of a sec-
ond person. Align the side of the insect screen door in which the magnets
17 are installed
(handle side) so that approximately 2.5 cm of the longitudinal profile is in contact with the
door frame. This ensures that you are maximising the closing force of the magnets
17 (see
Fig. J). Now fit the hinge top parts 11 over the springs 12 into the hinge top parts 11 (see
Fig. L). Hold the hinge bottom parts 10 on to the door frame and mark the positions where
the mounting holes are to be drilled.

Drill the holes and screw the hinge bottom parts
11 to the door frame with the screws A 15 .
Fix the closing springs with the screws B 16 into the hinge bottom parts 11 (see Fig. L).

Fix the closure plates
13 with the countersunk head screws B 16 to the door frame at the
same height as the magnets 17 (see Fig. M).
Q Installing the frame without the
self-closing mechanism
Follow steps 1 and 3 of the section on “Installing the frame with the self-closing mechanism”.

Clip the points of the hinge bottom parts
11 at a point no further than the end of the notch
(see Fig. K)
Note: Do not clip off the complete section, otherwise you will not longer be able to use the
hinge.

Insert the hinge bottom parts
11 into the hinge top parts 10 . Follow Steps 4 to 6 of the section
on “Installing the frame with the self-closing mechanism”.

J Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
j Clean the fibreglass fabric and frame with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth.
j Use a mild cleaning agent where necessary.

Insert magnets
17 into a corner connector 1 and a T-connector 7 . Ensure that the mag-
nets 17 are positioned on the opposite side to the hinges, which will be fitted later (see Fig. E).

Connect the aluminium profiles A
2 and B 3 and the remaining middle bar 4 with corner
connectors 1 and T-connectors 7 in accordance with Fig. E. Before you connect the alumin-
ium profile B 3 referred to above, push the brush seal 22 into the groove provided for this
purpose on one of the long side sides of the frame. Trim the brush using scissors, allowing it to
project 3 cm. Repeat this process on the opposite frame. Thread the brush seal
22 into the
groove of the aluminium profile B 3 . Now fit the aluminium profile B 3 . Attention: Push
the projecting brush seals into the corner connectors when fitting the parts together.

Shorten the 2 click strips
5a to the same length as the aluminium profiles A 2 . Shorten the
2 click strips 5b to the length of the aluminium profiles A 2 less 10 cm (see Fig. F).

Add 1.3 cm to the lengths of the aluminium profiles B
3 and the middle bars 4 and short-
en the 4 click strips 5c to the calculated dimensions (see Fig. F).

Place the fibreglass fabric
14 over the frame. Fix the fibreglass fabric 14 to opposite sides
with the click strips 5a , 5b , 5c (see Fig. G).
Note: Ensure that the fibreglass fabric 14 is adequately stretched. If necessary, repeat
Step 16.

Remove the surplus fibreglass fabric
14 using a carpet knife.

Place the caps
1a on the corner connectors 1 and the cap 7a on the T-connector 7 on
the same side as the hinges, which are fitted later (see Fig. H).

Fit the external handle
8 on to the remaining T-connector 7 .

Using a 2.5 mm drill bit, drill through the predrilled hole in the external handle
8 and
through the middle bar 4 (see Fig. H).

Fit the internal handle
9 to the middle bar 4 from the rear and screw the internal handle 9
and the external handle 8 together with the screw C 18 (see Fig. H).

Mark the position of the hinge top part
10 . Ensure that the distance between the top and
bottom edges of the frame and hinge top part 10 is at least 15 cm. Drill the holes (see Fig. I).

Push the springs
12 into the top and bottom hinge top parts 10 and fix the spring 12 with
screw B 16 .
step 3
Fix the hinge top parts
10 to the frame with the countersunk head screw A 15 (see Fig. I).

j Check before installation that your door is suitable for this product and does not exceed
the maximum allowable dimensions.
CAUTIoN! RIsk oF INJURY! Installation requires a saw, carpet knife and an
electric drill (only for external installation). Always refer to the operating instructions for
the required tools.
Q Installing the frame
step 1
First measure the internal dimensions (H = height, W = width) of the door frame (see Fig. A).
step 2
Subtract 6.5 cm from the measured height (H) and divide the value by two. Using a saw and
mitre box, shorten the aluminium profile A
2 to the calculated dimension (see Fig. B).
step 3
Subtract 1 cm from the measured width (B) and shorten the aluminium profile B
3 and one
of the middle bars 4 using a saw and mitre box to the calculated dimension (see Fig. B).
step 4
Subtract 1.2 cm from the measured width (B) and shorten the second middle bar
4 using a
saw and mitre box to the calculated dimension (see Fig. B).
step 5
Remove any burrs from the sawn surface using a file (see Fig. B).
step 6
Push a clamp strip
6 into the shorter sawn middle bar 4 and into one of the aluminium
profiles B 3 and cut off the surplus. Ensure that the angled sides of the clamp strips 6 and
aluminium profile B 3 match one another. Push a brush seal 22 into the aluminium profile B
3 as well. The seal must be 6 cm longer than the profile (see Fig. C).
step 7
Construct the bottom frame part with two aluminium profiles A
2 , the aluminium profile B 3
prepared in Step 6 and two corner connectors 1 . Attention: Insert the magnets 17 into
the corner connector 1 . The magnets are on the opposite side to the hinges, which will be
fitted later. If necessary, use a rubber hammer to tap in the corner connector 1 . Ensure that
the brush seal 22 is inserted into the corner connector 1 (see Fig. C).
step 8
Fit the middle bar
4 prepared in Step 6 and the bar connectors 21 together and then push
the middle bar 4 from above into the prepared frame by pushing the bar connectors 21
into the grooves of the aluminium profile A 2 . If necessary use a rubber hammer to tap in
the bar connectors 21 evenly (see Fig. C).
step 9
Cut the aluminium step
19 to width B less 1.2 cm using the saw. Remove any burrs from the
sawn edge using a file.
step 10
Fit the fixing strips
20 on the step 19 (see Fig. D).
step 11
Place the step
19 on the frame. If necessary, push the middle spar 4 down slightly and tap
the step 19 into the grooves provided for this purpose using a rubber hammer (see Fig. D).
Q Included in delivery
Note: When opening the packaging, please make sure not to accidentally throw away
assembly materials. Please check immediately on unpacking that the delivery is complete
and that the product and all parts are in perfect condition. Do not under any circumstances
assemble the product if the delivery is incomplete.

Passo 1
Marque a posição para as partes superiores da dobradiça
10 . Certifique-se de que entre a
parte superior e inferior do caixilho e a parte superior da dobradiça 10 existe, no mínimo,
uma distância de 15 cm. Perfure os orifícios (ver figura I).
Passo 2
Insira as molas
12 na parte superior e inferior da dobradiça 10 e fixe a mola 12 com o
parafuso B 16 .
Passo 3
Fixe as partes superiores da dobradiça
10 com o parafuso de cabeça chata A 15 no caixi-
lho (ver figura I).
Passo 4
Coloque a porta com a protecção contra mosquitos no caixilho da porta. Se necessário,
peça ajuda a outra pessoa. Ajuste o lado da porta com a protecção contra mosquitos, no
qual estão montados os ímanes
17 (lado da pega), de modo a que aprox. 2,5 cm do perfil
longitudinal fiquem sobrepostos no caixilho de porta. Deste modo, utiliza a força de fecho
ideal dos ímanes
17 (ver figura J). Encaixe agora as partes inferiores da dobradiça 11 sobre
as molas 12 nas partes superiores da dobradiça 10 (ver figura L). Encoste as partes inferiores
da dobradiça 11 no caixilho da porta e marque os orifícios.
Passo 5
Perfure agora os orifícios e aparafuse as partes inferiores da dobradiça
11 com os parafusos
A 15 no caixilho da porta. Fixe as molas de fecho com o parafuso B 16 nas partes inferiores
da dobradiça 11 (ver figura L).
Passo 6
Fixe as placas de fecho
13 com os parafusos de cabeça chata B 16 no caixilho da porta,
à altura dos ímanes 17 (ver figura M).
Q Montar o caixilho sem mecanismo
de fecho automático
Siga os passos 1 e 3 do capítulo “Montar o caixilho com mecanismo de fecho automático”.
Passo 1
Corte as extremidades das partes inferiores da dobradiça
11 atй а extremidade do entalhe
(ver figura K).
Nota: Não corte a extremidade completa. Caso contrário não pode utilizar mais a dobradiça.
Passo 2
Encaixe as partes inferiores da dobradiça
11 nas partes superiores da dobradiça 10 . Siga
os passos 4 a 6 do capítulo “Montar o caixilho com mecanismo de fecho automático”.
Q Limpeza e conservação
J Não utilize de forma alguma produtos de limpeza abrasivos ou corrosivos.
j Limpe a rede de fibra de vidro e a moldura com um pano que não largue fios, levemente
humedecido.
j Caso seja necessário, utilize um produto de limpeza suave.
Passo 10
Encaixe na chapa
19 as barras de fixação 20 (ver figura D).
Passo 11
Coloque a chapa
19 no caixilho, se necessário, empurre a trave central 4 um pouco para
baixo e encaixe o degrau 19 nas ranhura previstas com um maço de borracha (ver figura D).
Atenção: Trabalhe com precisão. Nгo й possível retirar a chapa 19 facilmente.
Passo 12
Coloque ímanes
17 , respectivamente, num conector angular 1 e num conector em T 7 .
Certifique-se de que os ímanes 17 são montados no lado oposto ao lado da dobradiça tra-
seiro (ver figura E).
Passo 13
Ligue os perfis de alumínio A
2 e B 3 , assim como a restante barra central 4 , através
de conector angular 1 e conector em T 7 , conforme a fig. E. Antes de montar o perfil de
alumínio B 3 , insira a vedação de escova 22 numa transversal do caixilho, na ranhura
prevista para tal. Deixe 3 cm salientes e corte a escova com uma tesoura. Repita o procedi-
mento no lado oposto do caixilho. Coloque a vedação de escova
22 na ranhura do perfil
de alumínio B 3 . Agora monte o perfil B 3 . Atenção: ao montar, insira as vedações de
escova salientes nos conectores angulares.
Passo 14
Encurte as 2 barras de encaixe
5a para a dimensão dos perfis em alumínio A 2 . Encurte
as 2 barras de encaixe 5b para a dimensão dos perfis em alumínio A 2 , subtraindo 10 cm
(ver figura F).
Passo 15
Adicione às dimensões dos perfis em alumínio B
3 ou à trave central 4 1,3 cm e encurte
as 4 barras de encaixe 5c para a dimensão pretendida (ver figura F).
Passo 16
Coloque a rede de fibra de vidro
14 sobre o caixilho. Fixe a rede de fibra de vidro 14 nos
respectivos lados opostos com as barras de encaixe 5a , 5b , 5c (ver figura G).
Nota: Certifique-se de que a rede de fibra de vidro 14 está suficientemente esticada. Se
necessário, repita o passo 16.
Passo 17
Remova a rede de fibra de vidro
14 excedente com o x-acto.
Passo 18
Encaixe as tampas de cobertura
1a nos conectores angulares 1 e a tampa de cobertura 7a
no conector em T 7 que será colocado no lado da dobradiça (ver figura H).
Passo 19
Insira a pega exterior
8 no restante conector em T 7 .
Passo 20
Com uma broca de 2,5 mm, perfure no orifício previsto na pega exterior
8 , através da trave
central 4 (ver figura H).
Passo 21
Coloque a pega inferior
9 na trave central 4 a partir de trás e aparafuse a pega inferior 9
à pega exterior 8 com o parafuso C 18 (ver figura H).
Q Montage
j Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass Ihre Tür für dieses Produkt geeignet ist und
die Maximalmaße nicht überschreitet.
voRsIChT! vERLETZUNGsGEFAhR! Für die Montage benötigen Sie eine Säge,
ein Teppichmesser und eine Bohrmaschine (nur für Außenmontage). Ziehen Sie unbe-
dingt die Bedienungsanleitungen der benötigten Werkzeuge hinzu.
Q Rahmen montieren
schritt 1
Messen Sie zunächst die Innenmaße (H = Höhe, B = Breite) des Türstocks (siehe Abb. A).
schritt 2
Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Höhe (H) 6,5 cm ab und teilen Sie den Wert durch zwei.
Kürzen Sie die Aluminiumprofile A
2 mittels Säge und Gehrunsglade auf das ermittelte
Maß (siehe Abb. B).
schritt 3
Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Breite (B) 1 cm ab und kürzen Sie die Aluminiumprofile B
3
und eine Mittelsprosse 4 mittels Säge und Gehrungslade auf das ermittelte Maß (siehe
Abb. B).
schritt 4
Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Breite (B) 1,2 cm ab und kürzen Sie die zweite Mittelsprosse
4
mittels Säge und Gehrungslade auf das ermittelte Maß (siehe Abb. B).
schritt 5
Entgraten Sie die Schnittflächen mittels Feile (siehe Abb. B).
schritt 6
Schieben Sie in die kürzer geschnittene Mittelsprosse
4 und in eines der Aluminiumprofile B 3
jeweils eine Klemmleiste 6 ein und schneiden Sie den Überstand ab. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die angeschrägten Seiten von Klemmleiste 6 und Profil B 3 zusammenpassen müssen.
Schieben Sie in das Aluminiumprofil B 3 auch eine Bürstendichtung 22 ein die um 6 cm
länger als das Aluminiumprofil sein muss (siehe Abb.C).
schritt 7
Bauen Sie das untere Rahmenteil mit zwei Aluminiumprofilen A
2 , dem in Schritt 6 vorbe-
reitetem Aluminiumprofil B 3 , und zwei Eckverbindern 1 zusammen. Achtung: Legen Sie
in den Eckverbinder 1 , der gegenüber der späteren Scharnierseite liegt, den Magneten 17
ein. Verwenden Sie zum Einklopfen der Eckverbinder 1 gegebenenfalls einen Gummiham-
mer. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Bürstendichtung 22 bis in die Eckverbinder 1 eingeschoben
ist (siehe Abb. C).
schritt 8
Stecken Sie die in Schritt 6 vorbereitete Mittelsprosse
4 und die Sprossenverbinder 21 zu-
sammen und schieben Sie die Mittelsprosse 4 anschließend von oben in den vorbereiteten
Rahmen, in dem Sie die Sprossenverbinder 21 in die Nuten der Aluminiumprofilee A 2 ein-
schieben. Verwenden Sie ggf. einen Gummihammer mit dem Sie die Sprossenverbinder 21
gleichmäßig einklopfen (siehe Abb. C).

Schneiden Sie das Aluminium-Trittblech
19 mittels der Säge auf Breite B abzüglich 1,2 cm
zu. Entgraten Sie die Schnittkante mit einer Feile.
Q Lieferumfang
hinweis: Achten Sie beim Auspacken darauf, dass Sie nicht versehentlich Montagematerial
wegwerfen. Kontrollieren Sie unmittelbar nach dem Auspacken den Lieferumfang auf Vollständig-
keit sowie den einwandfreien Zustand des Produkts und aller Teile. Montieren Sie das Produkt
keinesfalls, wenn der Lieferumfang nicht vollständig ist.

j Antes da montagem, certifique-se de que a sua porta é indicada para este produto e
não ultrapassa as dimensões máximas.

um x-acto e um berbequim (só para a montagem no exterior). Consulte sempre os manuais
de instruções das ferramentas necessárias.
Q Montar o caixilho
Passo 1
Meça em primeiro lugar as dimensões interiores (H = altura, B = largura) do caixilho da
porta (ver figura A).
Passo 2
Subtraia 6,5 cm da altura medida (H) e divida o valor por dois. Encurte os perfis em alumí-
nio A
2 com a serra e ferramenta para cortes em meia-esquadria para a dimensão calcu-
lada (ver figura B).
Passo 3
Subtraia 1 cm da largura medida (B) e encurte os perfis em alumínio B
3 e uma trave cen-
tral 4 com a serra e ferramenta para cortes em meia-esquadria para a dimensão calculada
(ver figura B).
Passo 4
Subtraia 1,2 cm da largura medida (B) e encurte a segunda trave central
4 com a serra e
ferramenta para cortes em meia-esquadria para a dimensão calculada (ver figura B).
Passo 5
Rebarbe as superfícies cortadas com a ajuda de uma lima (ver figura B).
Passo 6
Introduza uma barra de aperto
6 , respectivamente, na trave central mais curta 4 e num
dos perfis em alumínio B 3 e corte o excesso. Tenha em atenção para que os lados chan-
frados da barra de aperto 6 e do perfil B 3 sejam compatíveis. Introduza no perfil B 3
também uma vedação com escova 22 , que deve ter um comprimento 6 cm superior em
comparação com o perfil (ver figura C).
Passo 7
Monte a peça inferior do caixilho com dois perfis em alumínio A
2 , com o perfil em alumínio
B 3 preparado no passo 6 e dois conectores angulares 1 . Atenção: Coloque os íma-
nes 17 no conector angular 1 , que se encontra no lado oposto ao lado da dobradiça tra-
seiro. Se necessário, utilize um maço de borracha para cravar os conectores angulares 1 .
Certifique-se de que a vedação com escova 22 está introduzida até ao conector angular 1
(ver figura C).
Passo 8
Encaixe a trave central preparada no passo 6
4 nos conectores de traves 21 e , em seguida,
introduza a trave central 4 a partir de cima no caixilho preparado, inserindo os conectores
de traves 21 nas ranhuras dos perfis A 2 . Caso seja necessário, utilize um martelo de
borracha, martelando os conectores de barras 21 uniformemente (ver fig. C).
Passo 9
Corte a chapa em alumínio
19 com uma serra para a largura B, subtraindo 1,2 cm. Rebarbe
a aresta de corte com uma lima.

schritt 10
Stecken Sie auf das Trittblech
19 die Befestigungsleisten 20 (siehe Abb. D).
schritt 11
Legen Sie das Trittblech
19 auf den Rahmen, gegebenenfalls müssen Sie die Mittelsprosse 4
noch etwas nach unten schieben, und klopfen Sie das Trittblech 19 mit einem Gummihammer
in die vorgesehenen Nuten (siehe Abb. D). Achtung: Genau Arbeiten. Trittblech 19 kann
nur sehr schwer wieder entfernt werden.
schritt 12
Setzen Sie jeweils in einen Eckverbinder
1 und einen T-Verbinder 7 Magnete 17 ein.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Magnete 17 gegenüber der späteren Scharnierseite eingebaut
werden (siehe Abb. E).
schritt 13
Verbinden Sie die Aluminiumprofile A
2 und B 3 sowie die verbliebene Mittelsprosse 4
mittels Eckverbinder 1 und T-Verbinder 7 gemäß Abb. E. Bevor Sie oben das Aluminium-
profil B 3 einbauen, schieben Sie auf einer der Längsseiten des Rahmens die Bürstendich-
tung 22 in die dafür vorgesehene Nut. Lassen Sie 3 cm überstehen und schneiden Sie die
Bürste mit einer Schere ab. Wiederholen Sie den Arbeitsgang auf der gegenüberliegenden
Rahmenseite. Ziehen Sie die Bürstendichtung
22 in die Nut des Aluminiumprofils B 3 ein.
Bauen Sie nun das Aluminiumprofil B 3 ein. Achtung: Schieben Sie die überstehenden
Bürstendichtungen beim Zusammenbauen in die Eckverbinder ein.
schritt 14
Kürzen Sie die 2 Clickleisten
5a auf das Maß der Aluminiumprofile A 2 . Kürzen Sie die 2
Clickleisten 5b auf das Maß der Aluminiumprofile A 2 abzüglich 10 cm (siehe Abb. F).
schritt 15
Addieren Sie zu den Maßen der Aluminiumprofile B
3 bzw. der Mittelsprossen 4 1,3 cm
und kürzen die 4 Clickleisten 5c auf das entsprechende Maß (siehe Abb. F).
schritt 16
Legen Sie das Fiberglasgewebe
14 über den Rahmen. Fixieren Sie das Fiberglasgewebe 14
an den jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seiten mittels Clickleisten 5a , 5b , 5c (siehe Abb. G).
hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass das Fiberglasgewebe 14 ausreichend gespannt ist.
Wiederholen Sie ggf. Arbeitsschritt 16.
schritt 17
Entfernen Sie überstehendes Fiberglasgewebe
14 mittels Teppichmesser.
schritt 18
Stecken Sie die Abdeckkappen
1a auf die Eckverbinder 1 und die Abdeckkappe 7a auf
den T-Verbinder 7 der später auf der Scharnierseite liegt (siehe Abb. H).
schritt 19
Stecken Sie den Außengriff
8 auf den verbleibenden T-Verbinder 7 .
schritt 20
Bohren Sie mit einem 2,5 mm Bohrer, durch das vorgegebene Loch im Außengriff
8 , durch
die Mittelsprosse 4 (siehe Abb. H).
schritt 21
Setzen Sie den Innengriff
9 von hinten an die Mittelsprosse 4 und schrauben Sie mit der
Schraube C 18 Innengriff 9 und Außengriff 8 zusammen (siehe Abb. H).
Q Rahmen mit selbstschließmechanismus montieren
schritt 1
Zeichnen Sie die Position für die Scharnieroberteile
10 an. Achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen
Ober- und Unterkante von Rahmen und Scharnieroberteil 10 ein Abstand von mindestens
15 cm ist. Bohren Sie die Bohrlöcher (siehe Abb. I).
schritt 2
Schieben Sie die Federn
12 in das obere und untere Scharnieroberteil 10 und fixieren Sie
die Feder 12 mit Schraube B 16 .
schritt 3
Fixieren Sie die Scharnieroberteile
10 mittels der Senkkopfschraube A 15 am Rahmen (siehe
Abb. I).
schritt 4
Stellen Sie die Insektenschutz-Tür an Ihren Türstock. Lassen Sie sich ggf. von einer zweiten
Person helfen. Richten Sie die Seite der Insektenschutz-Tür, in der die Magnete
17 montiert
sind (Griffseite), so an Ihren Türstock aus, dass ca. 2,5 cm des Längsprofils am Türstock auf-
liegen. Somit nutzen Sie die optimale Schließkraft der Magnete
17 aus (siehe Abb. J). Stecken
Sie nun die Scharnierunterteile 11 über die Federn 12 in die Scharnieroberteile 10 (siehe
Abb. L). Halten Sie die Scharnierunterteile 11 an den Türstock an und markieren Sie die
Bohrlöcher.
schritt 5
Bohren Sie die Bohrlöcher und schrauben Sie die Scharnierunterteile
11 mittels der Schrau-
ben A 15 an den Türstock. Fixieren Sie die Schließfedern mittels der Schraube B 16 in den
Scharnierunterteilen 11 (siehe Abb. L).
schritt 6
Fixieren Sie die Schließerplatten
13 mittels der Senkkopfschrauben B 16 am Türstock in der
Höhe der Magnete 17 (siehe Abb. M).
Q Rahmen ohne selbstschließmechanismus montieren
Befolgen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 1 und 3 des Kapitels „Rahmen mit Selbstschließmechanismus
montieren“.
schritt 1
Knipsen Sie die Spitzen der Scharnierunterteile
11 bis zum Ende der Einkerbung ab (siehe Abb. K).
hinweis: Knipsen Sie keinesfalls den kompletten Steg ab. Andernfalls können Sie das
Scharnier nicht mehr verwenden.
schritt 2
Stecken Sie die Scharnierunterteile
11 in die Scharnieroberteile 10 . Befolgen Sie die Arbeits-
schritte 4 bis 6 des Kapitels „Rahmen mit Selbstschließmechanismus montieren“.

J Verwenden Sie keinesfalls ätzende oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel.
j Reinigen Sie Fiberglasgewebe und Rahmen mit einem fusselfreien, leicht angefeuchteten
Tuch.
j Verwenden Sie ggf. ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.
