Disc not recognized

Press the drive eject button manually. Access to the drive eject button can
be accessed with a small diameter wire (paper clip) using the hole just
below each drive slot.

9.1.1. Manually Ejecting Disc Drive

If a disk is not recognized by the player and will not eject, small holes in the bezel give
access to the disc drive eject buttons, see Figure 27. To eject an unrecognized disc use
a small diameter wire (paper clip) to press the eject button on the drive that will not eject.
This must be done right after the Dual Blu-ray DVD player is powered on. The drive eject
button will not work once the player has fully started up.
