Close the rear cover.
Loading Envelopes into the MP (Multi-Purpose) Tray

Fan the envelopes, then tap it on a level surface to avoid envelope
jams or skewed printing.

Pull the MP tray towards you until it stops.

Pull out the support tray section of the MP tray.
