CALL 59: Check CLX MSG
Use CALL 59 to determine if the CLX processor has read the module data using
the MSG instruction since the last time it was checked.
Syntax:
CALL 58
POP A
Where:
A = 0  CLX has not read to the module
1  CLX has read to the module
Example:
