8.2.2 Auto-off
The device switches off automatically if no key is pressed within a pre-
set period of time. This saves power.
1 In stop mode (start-up screen), press MENU for at least two
seconds.
2 Press e to select the AU OFF function.

8.2.3 Setting date & time
The date and time entered are saved with each recording as the
recording time.
1 In stop mode (start-up screen), press MENU for at least two
seconds.
2 Press e to select the 00.00.00 function.
3 Press b .
4 Press + / – to set the year.
5 Press b .
6 Press + / – to set the month.
7 Press b .
8 Press + / – to set the day.
9 Press b .
10 Press + / – to set the hours.
11 Press b .
12 Press + / – to set the minutes.
