Using Basic Applications
The To Do List menu commands
The To Do List has menu commands for specifying data types and editing
ordinary data. Here is a description of the menu commands that are unique
to the To Do List. See “Edit menu” in “Handy Functions” on page 207 for a
description of the menu commands common to all CLIE handheld
applications.
To Do List Record menu
Delete Item
Deletes the current To Do item.
The “Delete To Do” dialog box appears when you choose this menu item.
Tap “OK” to delete the entry and “Cancel” to cancel the delete function.
Note
By default, all To Do items you deleted from the To Do List are restored when a HotSync
operation with a computer is executed. To wipe out all the To Do items completely, tap
and clear the check box “Save archive copy on PC” in the “Delete To Do” dialog box.
Attach Note
Adds comments to the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item opens
up a screen for entering comments.
Delete Note
Deletes comments from the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item
opens up the “Delete Note” dialog box. Tap “Yes” to delete comments or
“No” to cancel the delete function.
