Using Basic Applications
Viewing address records

Press the Address Book button on the front panel.
The “Address” screen appears and shows a list of addresses that are
currently stored.

Rotate the Jog Dial to select the address record you want to
view.
If the address record you want to view is not shown, continue rotating
the Jog Dial so you can scan through the whole list.

Press the Jog Dial.
The selected address record appears.

To return to the list of addresses, press the Jog Dial.
Return to the “Address” screen.

You can use the Scroll buttons to display the address list and scroll up and down the
screen.
You can also use the stylus and scroll bar to scroll up and down a screen.
If you want to view images pasted to the Address information, tap an image on the
“Address” screen. The image fills the screen. To return to the “Address” screen, tap
the image again.
To view the next page of addresses
Rotate the Jog Dial in the “Address” screen.
You can scan through the address records.

You can also select the category to display from the list. Tap in the upper-right corner
of the screen.
