Charging the CLIE Handheld
Charging with the cradle
Note
Before you use the CLIE handheld for the first time, make sure to charge it.
Connect the supplied cradle of the CLIE handheld to an AC adapter.
Charging starts automatically when you put your CLIE handheld on the
cradle. Charging your CLIE for the first time takes about three hours.
Subsequent charges (on a frequent basis) will require less time.
When the CLIE handheld is placed on the cradle, the indicator on the cradle
turns on and charging starts.
Charging directly from the power
supply
You can also charge the CLIE handheld by connecting the supplied AC
adapter directly to it.
When the AC adapter is connected to the CLIE handheld, the battery status
indicator appears.
