Using Basic Applications
Scheduling events
You can use the Date Book to keep a day’s range of events. When you start
the Date Book, it initially displays a screen showing the working time slot
for the day. When you make a plan, its details are displayed to the right of
the time and the time slot is automatically set to 1 hour.
You can also make plans, such as birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries, in
which only the date is fixed but neither start nor end times are set. The
untimed events appear at the top of the Date Book screen marked with a
symbol.
To schedule a timed event for the current date

Press the Date Book button on the front panel.
The “Date Book” starts up.

With the current day selected, tap the line to the right of the
time that corresponds to the start of the event.
