To turn off the monitor

Press 1/u on the remote control. The monitor enters
standby mode and the STANDBY indicator lights up.
To turn off the main power, press u switch on the
monitor.

Note

To protect the lamp, the picture and sound will not turn on
immediately if you try to turn on the power more than 5 seconds
after the power has been turned off. If you turn the monitor back
on within about 5 seconds after power-off, the picture and sound
will reappear immediately.

Muting the sound

Press MUTING on the remote control.
“MUTING” appears on the screen.
To restore the sound, press MUTING again, or press
VOL+.

Displaying on-screen information

Press DISPLAY on the remote control to display the
following information on the screen.

To make the on-screen information disappear, press
DISPLAY again.

“OUT OF SCAN RANGE” appears if the scanning
frequency range is not within the acceptable
limits. (See page 9.)

Adjusting the position (CENTER)

After projecting the picture from a computer, you may
need to adjust the position of the picture to fit the
monitor screen. You can also move the picture as you
like. The setting is only for the input signal displayed
on the screen.

Press MENU.

Press v or V to select “

(CENTER),” and

press ENTER.

Press v, V, B or b to adjust the position.

For horizontal adjustment press B or b.

For vertical adjustment press v or V.
