FUNCTION PROBLEMS

No current regulation in the Stick
mode. Low open circuit voltage.

1. Make sure the machine is set-

up and configured correctly for
the Stick mode,

1. The Superimposition Board may

be faulty

2. The Output Module Transistor

Board may be faulty. See the
Secondary Power Board Test
and Wiring Diagram

There is no response to changes to
the output control settings. No cur-
rent regulation in all modes.

1. Make sure the correct input

voltage is applied to the
machine. 230 or 115VAC.

1. The Control/Display board may

be faulty.
