[Frame Search operation]
Press PLAY/PAUSE during playback, and rotate the Jog dial in pause
mode. Frame search can be carried out in 1 frame increments (1
second is equal to 75 frames).
[Cue point adjustment]
Press a SEARCH button (
1, ¡) during cue standby initiates the
sound-audible pause mode. Rotate the jog dial to move the cue point
and press the CUE button to set it as the new cue point.
[Loop-out point adjustment during loop play]
Press the LOOP IN/REAL TIME CUE/OUT ADJUST button during loop
play to initiate the loop-out point adjustment mode, in which the loop-
out point can be moved by rotating the jog dial.
0 TEMPO control knob
The playback tempo can be changed with this knob. The center
clicked position is for normal playback tempo. If the knob is moved
toward you (+ side), the music tempo will become faster. If the knob
is moved away from you (– side), the music tempo will become
slower.

TIME MODE/AUTO CUE button
Two functions are available.
[Switching the time display]
Each time this button is pressed, the time display changes between
the elapsed playback time of the track (TIME) and the remaining
playback time of the track (REMAIN).
[Switching ON/OFF of the Auto Cue function]
When this button is kept pressed for more than 1 second, the Auto
Cue function (*1) is set to ON or OFF. When the Auto Cue function
is set to ON, the AUTO CUE indicator in the display window lights up.
(*1) Auto Cue function: When a disc is loaded or track search is
carried out, the player memorizes the cue point at which the sound
is output.
÷ The setting of the time display or the ON/OFF setting of the Auto
Cue function will be stored in the player even if the power is turned
off.
= MASTER TEMPO button (M T)
Each time this button is pressed, the MASTER TEMPO function (*2)
is set to ON or OFF. When the MASTER TEMPO function is set to ON,
the MASTER TEMPO indicator in the display window lights.
(*2) MASTER TEMPO function: Even though the playback tempo is
changed with the TEMPO control knob, the playback pitch is kept
fixed.

EJECT button ( 0 )
Press this button to open the disc compartment door.
÷ When pressed during playback, the disc rotation stops then the
door opens.

Press the EJECT button to open the door. To close the door, push the
door in.
PANEL FACILITIES
[Opération de recherche d’image]
Appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE en mode de lecture pour entrer
en mode de pause, puis tourner la molette pas-à-pas. La précision de
recherche est d’une image (il y a 75 images par seconde).
[Réglage du point de départ de lecture]
Appuyez sur une des touches SEARCH (
1, ¡) pendant une pause
de lecture pour adopter le mode de pause avec émission sonore.
Tournez le bouton rotatif pour déplacer le point de départ de lecture
et appuyez sur la touche CUE pour valider le nouveau point de départ.
[Réglage du point de sortie de la boucle pendant la lecture en
boucle]
Appuyez sur la touche LOOP IN/REAL TIME CUE/OUT ADJUST
pendant la lecture en boucle pour accéder au mode permettant de
régler le point de sortie de la boucle en agissant sur le bouton rotatif.
0 Bouton de réglage TEMPO
Ce bouton permet de changer le tempo de lecture. La position du
cliquet central correspond au tempo de lecture normale. Si on tourne
le bouton vers soi (sens “+”), le tempo devient plus rapide. Si on
tourne le bouton en sens inverse (sens “–”), le tempo devient plus
lent.
- Touche TIME MODE/AUTO CUE
Cette touche remplit deux fonctions:
[Changement d’affichage des temps]
Chaque pression sur la touche fait passer de l’affichage du temps de
lecture écoulé (TIME) à l’affichage du temps de lecture restant
(REMAIN) pour la plage en cours de lecture, et vice-versa.
[Activation/désactivation de la fonction d’attaque
automatique]
Si on maintient la pression sur cette touche pendant plus de 1
seconde, cela a pour effet d’activer ou de désactiver la fonction
d’attaque automatique (*1). L’indicateur AUTO CUE apparaît à
l’affichage quand on active la fonction d’attaque automatique.
(*1) Fonction d’attaque automatique: Lorsqu’on charge un disque
ou qu’on effectue une recherche, le lecteur mémorise le point à partir
duquel le son est émis.
÷ Le mode d’affichage choisi et l’tat activé/désactivé de la fonction
d’attaque automatique sont conservé en mémoire par la lecture
même quand on le met hors tension.
= Touche de tempo directeur (MASTER TEMPO M T)
Une pression sur cette touche active ou désactive la fonction MASTER
TEMPO (*2). L’indicateur MASTER TEMPO apparaît à l’affichage
quand on active la fonction MASTER TEMPO.
(*2) Fonction de tempo directeur MASTER TEMPO: La hauteur
tonale reste inchangée même quand on change le tempo au moyen
du bouton de réglage TEMPO.

Touche d’éjection (EJECT 0)
Appuyer sur cette touche pour ouvrir le volet de chargement du
disque.
÷ Si vous appuyez sur cette touche pendant la lecture, l’entraînement
du disque s’arrête et le volet s’ouvre.
@ Volet de chargement du disque
Appuyer sur la touche EJECT pour ouvrir le volet. Appuyer à la main
sur le volet pour le refermer.
