• In 2007, Eaton ® completed the successful acquisition of MGE Office Protection Systems to
become the second-largest single-phase UPS manufacturer in the world. The move resulted in
an expanded product line and the addition of many new complementary offerings to our already
aggressive product portfolio. Moving forward in 2008, we are in the process of realizing a unified
product roadmap that seeks to leverage the best of both product lines while targeting specific
market segments and channels globally. As such, we have developed a price book supplement
to incorporate MGE Office Protection Systems products, which will be available for download
from the Salesweb by 4/23/08.
