≥ Confirm that there are no documents in the
document feeder tray.
2 For stations 1–11
Press the desired One-Touch Dial key.
For stations 12–22
Press
(LOWER)
, then press the desired
One-Touch Dial key.
Example:
3 When the other party answers, talk into the
handset.
4 When finished talking, replace the handset.
Helpful hints:
≥ You can confirm the stored items on the display (p. 41),
or on the telephone number list (p. 123).
≥ You can use the JOG DIAL directory to select the
station name instead of using the One-Touch Dial
keys. Rotate

until the desired name is
displayed, then press (MONITOR) or lift the handset.
