5. Secure the extension bracket to the rear side of the rack with two of the M5x10 screws and the

provided washers. The extension bracket has threaded holes, so no nuts are needed.

6. Repeat steps for the other extension bracket.

Mounting the Archive Engine in the Rack

To mount the Archive Engine in the rack:

1. Confirm that the Archive Engine has the inner rails

and rail extensions

attached. Also,

confirm that the outer rails

C

are installed on the rack.

2. Line chassis rails

with the front of the rack rails

3. Slide the Archive Engine rails into the rack rails, keeping the pressure even on both sides (you

may have to depress the locking tabs when inserting). When the server has been pushed
completely into the rack, you should hear the locking tabs “click”.
