Deleting a Proof Print File
If the printed document is not what
you expect, you can delete the proof
print file. You can then revise them
and print again until the settings be-
come OK.

Press the { User Tool } key of the
machine's operation panel.

Press { 4 } on the number keys.

After making sure that “Proof
Print” is on the display, press
[En-
ter #] .

Press [
↑
][
↓
] until “Delete File”
appears, and then press [Enter #] .
