Push in the connector.

Turn the green part in the direc-
tion of the arrow, and then re-
move the transfer roller.

Take out the new transfer roller.
Important
❒ Do not touch the roller part.

Hold the green part as shown, and
then insert the transfer roller into
the printer.

❒ The end with a longer shaft
must be on the left.

Close the front cover slowly.

Turn on the power.

Make the setting from the control
panel.
When "Replace Fusing Unit"
Appears on the Panel Display
A If the following message is on
the control panel, press the

}}}} key for more than five
seconds. The message disap-
pears and a maintenance reset
is performed automatically.
When "Replace Fusing Unit Soon"
Appears on the Panel Display
A Press the {{{{Menu}}}} key.
“Menu” appears on the panel
display.
