Content Server is in production.

User Management

section.

Set up Guest Access (if required)

Decide whether you want to enable Guest Access, which will allow non authenticated users to view conferences on the Content

to be viewed by Guests. Any conference that has access restricted to Authenticated Users will not be available to Guests.

Go to the

User Properties

section.

Configure your Media Servers

Marketing Category.

Go to the

Categories

section.

Review and configure Recording
Aliases

be System wide or owned by individual users. The users can manage their own Recording Aliases by editing Permissions and
Metadata on a call by call basis. Recording Aliases are also used by the TANDBERG Management Suite to schedule conference
recordings.
