Suggestion

If you subscribe to high-speed Internet service (Digital Subscriber Line - DSL) through your

telephone lines, you must have a DSL filter between the telephone base and the telephone wall

jack. The filter will prevent noise and caller ID problems caused by DSL interference. Please

contact your DSL service provider for more information about DSL filters.

base into a different working electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
Move the cordless handset closer to the telephone base. It may be out of range.
Reset the telephone base by unplugging the base power adapter. Wait for 15 seconds and

plug it back in again. Allow up to one minute for the cordless handset and the telephone base

Other electronic products can cause interference to your cordless telephone. Try installing
