Use the connection ring to
attach a descender, rope
clamps or work positioning
lanyards, etc.

up of two textile bridges or the
connection ring.
Tie-in with a figure 8 knot taking
care to correctly join the leg loop
bridge and the belt bridge (see
drawing). Adjustment is possible
by varying the loop size of the tie-in
knot.
WARNING, tying-in incorrectly can
result in serious injury or death.
When there is no risk of a free-fall,
for example in top-roping or glacier
travel, two locking connectors may
be used to tie-in (never use a single
connector to tie-in).
Use the connection ring to attach
a device.
